I've never trained before — is personal training right for me?

Absolutely. Starting with a personal trainer is one of the best things you can do. I'll teach you how to move safely, build your confidence and make sure you're getting results from day one — without wasting months doing the wrong things.

How many sessions per week will I need?

This depends on your goals and lifestyle, but most clients see great results training 2–3 times per week. We'll discuss what works for you during your free consultation.

Do I need to follow a strict diet?

No crash diets here. I take a flexible, sustainable approach to nutrition that fits around your life. Small, consistent changes beat extreme diets every time.

What if I have an injury or health condition?

Just let me know before we start. I'll adapt your programme to work with your body, not against it. For more complex medical conditions, I may recommend working alongside your GP or physio.

How quickly will I see results?
